These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of BlogSphere (the "Service"), a multi-website publishing platform with an admin panel, public API and AI-assistant connector, provided by MetaLinx Innovations ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, booking a demo, or using the Service in any way, you ("you", "your", the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
BlogSphere lets you run one or more websites from one workspace: publishing and scheduling content, managing media, comments, reviews and subscribers, SEO, analytics and short links, optional store and marketplace features, and connecting AI assistants to work with your sites.
2. Accounts & Subscriptions
Access is provided on a subscription basis at a rate agreed with you individually, typically during your onboarding demo. A new account may begin on a trial period at our discretion, during which no payment is due. You are responsible for your login credentials, API keys and connected applications, and for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you add.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Once payment is made, you must share the payment receipt with us so it can be manually verified before your account is activated or renewed. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account until payment is received.
4. Connecting AI Assistants
You may authorise third-party AI assistants to act on your websites through OAuth, choosing the websites and permission level, and may revoke access at any time. Actions an assistant takes with your grant — including creating, editing, publishing or deleting content and moderating comments — are treated as actions you took. Destructive actions require explicit confirmation. You are responsible for complying with the assistant provider's terms and applicable data-protection law, and for reviewing AI-generated output before you publish it.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and business data you enter into BlogSphere and grant us the licence needed to host and display it for you. You confirm you have the right to publish it. We access your data only as necessary to operate, maintain and support the Service, verify payments, and enforce these Terms.
6. Account Inactivity & Data Deletion
If an account remains inactive — meaning no login or usage activity — for a continuous period of one (1) year, we reserve the right to permanently delete that account and all associated data. Once deleted, no copy is recoverable. It is your responsibility to export any records you may need beforehand.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including publishing unlawful or infringing content, sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorised access to another workspace's data, disrupting the platform's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including lost data or business interruption.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or amend these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our pricing or our billing practices from time to time as needed to protect our business, our systems and our other customers, or to comply with security, legal or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
