This Privacy Policy explains how MetaLinx Innovations ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with BlogSphere (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, sign-in activity and workspace details, along with the content and business data you create or manage in the Service — posts, media, comments, subscribers, and, if you use the store features, products, customers and orders. When you book a demo or contact us, we also collect the details you submit through that form.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service for your workspace and websites;
- To set up and support your account, including onboarding;
- To generate and verify billing invoices and payment receipts;
- To communicate with you about your account, demos and support requests;
- To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
BlogSphere is a multi-tenant web application: each workspace's data is logically isolated, and access is controlled by roles and scoped permissions. Credentials are stored hashed, and API and assistant access uses scoped tokens that you can revoke.
4. AI Assistants (MCP / OAuth)
If you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, you choose the workspace, the websites and a permission level (read-only, editor or full), and you can revoke access at any time. The assistant receives only what its tools return for what you granted. Personal data in those responses is minimised: emails are masked by default, phone numbers and street addresses are omitted unless you explicitly ask for them, and IP addresses and user agents are never returned. We share your basic profile (name and verified email) with the assistant only to identify your account, and we log tool calls (tool name, website, time and status) for security. Content you ask an assistant to process is handled by that assistant's provider under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of one (1) year may be permanently deleted, along with all associated data, and that data cannot be recovered afterward. We recommend exporting any records you may need before a period of extended inactivity.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. Information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the Service (for example, hosting and email delivery), to verify bank transfer payments, with AI assistants you connect yourself, or where required by law.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or export of your data at any time while your account is active, using the Service's built-in export tools or by contacting us. You may also request account closure, subject to the terms of your subscription.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date.
